So Christina and I went and worked out today after work and it was intense! We went to our Gold's Gym and were hoping to get on the elliptical trainer in the Cardio Theater but to no avail, at least in the beginning. So we were there ready to sweat to Tom Cruise and the Nazi's and we had to start on the "stair masters", oh my goodness, it really did a number on me. At about 2 minutes in to a 20 minute workout I was already dripping sweat and looking at the time to see if I was done yet. Fortunately at the ten minute mark to elliptical trainers opened up and Christina and I both made a bee line for them. I then jumped on it and worked out for 30 minutes plus the 5 minute cooldown. I burned 465 calories on that machine, and another 100 on the "stair master", all in all it was a good workout. I now just need a towel to mop up all the sweat!!!As for Christina she did about 10 minutes on the "stair master". 25 minutes on the elliptical, and another 5 or so on the stationary bike, so she to, is worn out, I believe we both will sleep soundly tonight. ReplyDeleteI have the Chinese visitors here this week, so I have sat and met with them, non-stop beginning Sunday at 10:30 a.m. (although we did walk around campus).
Van is at the hospital so we have not gotten much exercise done since last week.
